REHOBOTH BEACH HOUSE I

This expansion and extensive renovation of an existing beachfront home radically transformed the character of the house to reflect the Victorian influences of older beachfront communities epitomized in the architecture of Cape May. Because of the harsh conditions found along the seashore, durable, natural looking synthetic materials were used throughout the exterior of the house. In addition to the creative use of new age materials, aesthetic measures were taken to fully integrate rolling storm shutters on the ocean facing elevations.
