ST. JOHN’S LANE M&T BANK MODERNIZATION

The scope of the work included both interior and exterior renovations and minor additions. PBA worked closely with M&T and the contractor in order to facilitate full bank operations during construction.

While the interior work included mechanical, electrical, space reconfiguration and replacement finishes, the exterior renovation included a new metal composite skin, minor additions below the existing roof, replacement of storefront, doors, windows and lighting.

All these renovations were designed by accommodating the latest M&T standards wherever feasible: large storefront, high ceilings, crisp finishes, new teller line, upgraded lighting.

The end result produced a contemporary, efficient, energy efficient and comfortable branch, and one that old and new clients had called their own, even during construction.
