MANNA HOUSE

Penza Bailey Architects is providing architectural design services for the renovation of the Manna House, a non-profit organization that extensively serve the homeless, poor and needy in Baltimore. The expansion, reconfiguration and renovation of the facility will create better utilization of the space and increase capacity, and will include an enlarged dining and commercial food service facility, increased case management offices, and client support services. During the first phase of extensive renovations in 2013, interior updates to the facility included a dining hall, kitchen, shower/toilet facilities, laundry rooms, administration offices, computer lab, counseling rooms, clothing distribution center, and a new elevator. The facility was completely upgraded to meet present codes and ADA requirements.
