The River’s Crossing Clubhouse was the first of several Clubhouses that Penza Bailey Architects designed for WPM Real Estate Management for their apartment and townhouse communities. The Clubhouse is intended to provide both a leasing and management function, as well to provide an asset to the community, in this case, a community exercise room and meeting room. Although the building was designed within a very tight budget, the contemporary design of the Clubhouse is intended to provide a fresh contrast to the architecture of the surrounding community, and to reflect the commercial setting of the street front.
