This project involved developing a program for the renovation of over 100,000 SF of office space at the company's headquarters facility. Sweetheart Cup Company wanted to consolidate by relocating several divisions to join those already located at the Baltimore County complex. Detailed phasing plans ensured a seamless transition. The project included retrofitting complete HVAC and Life Safety Systems throughout. The plan was conceived with a “street pattern” of circulation and open “communal” areas utilizing skylit openings. The renovations also included planning for laboratory spaces and modest upgrades to the exterior of the building.
