The Alex Cooper Auctioneers Auction House renovations included comprehensive interior renovations of the entire building, in accordance with the Master Plan prepared by PBA. The interior renovations created additional wall space for hanging artwork, reduced the number of display cases, and included a secure jewelry display case.  Interior renovations included new finishes and select furniture, ADA code compliance improvements, and also systemic renovations such as new MEP systems, etc.  Exterior scope of work included a new roof over the entire facility, upgrading the storefront at the Rug Gallery, re-cladding of the north wall of the building, new signage and facade improvements, a new canopy at the loading dock, and remediation of water infiltration issues.
