One of the Archdiocese' largest parishes serves over 500 families in ten buildings on two sites in Baltimore. PBA's 20-year Master Plan will guide the parish through reprogramming to relocate upper grades of the primary school to expanded facilities at its less congested suburban campus and make better use of land and reduce traffic at its downtown site.

The 7,691 SF Gym/Auditorium and Kitchen renovations area includes new windows, shades, and electric operators, and new doors interior and exterior. The space was not air-conditioned previously, heat was converted from hydronic to forced air, a new HVAC system was installed. Basketball goals were motorized, and new volleyball inserts and nets were provided. The kitchen area included new upgraded electrical and gas services and new commercial kitchen equipment and exhaust hood. The kitchen was reconfigured and a storage room was created. The stage can be used for high tech plays because new Audio Visual and Stage lighting systems with iPad control and LED lights, new stage curtains, and acoustical treatment panels were installed. A new platform wheelchair lift, exterior stairs and canopies were installed.
