Balls Restaurant

This sport themed restaurant, adjacent to Baltimore City’s Inner Harbor, was created within the shell of two rowhouses that had been layered with decades of haphazard renovation and serious neglect. The restaurant was created utilizing all three floors of a long narrow floor plan with large openings cut through the upper floors providing views down to the prominent first floor bar. The facility was designed with a full service kitchen on the second floor, a service / fire stair in the rear of the building, and service bars on the upper floor. Bold use of color and indestructible materials, combined with extensive multimedia monitor displays, contribute to the intentionally dynamic “high tech” stage set.
