Laura Thul Penza joined the firm in 1991. Commercial experience includes school additions and renovations, office building design, and interior space planning and design. Private residential design experience includes custom homes, and additions and renovations of existing homes. Laura takes an active role in the community, as a board member of Building Congress & Exchange and Baltimore Clayworks, and the Govanstowne Business Association. She also serves as a Baltimore City Commissioner for the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP). Most recently, Laura was honored with The Circle of Excellence Beacon Award, 2014, the top honor of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), recognizing those individuals who consistently deliver excellence.
