Maryland School for the Blind

The firm completed an ADA assessment of 23 buildings on the 90-acre K-12 campus and issued a comprehensive report entitled ADA Campus Survey. The buildings varied in age, size and use for administration, education and housing. The survey identified accessibility non compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Housing Act (FHA), the Maryland Accessibility Code. Existing conditions were documented, alternative design solutions illustrated, budgeted and prioritized as part of a critical needs analysis
