MORGAN STATE UNIVERSITY PROJECT ANNOUNCED

We're clearing the way for the new Morgan State University's Health & Human Services Building!

Penza Bailey Architects is providing demolition and renovation services to MSU's Turner's Armory, Motor Pool and Portage Avenue (TAMPP) facilities, located on the University's main campus at the corner of Hillen Road and Argonne Drive. 

The purpose of this program is to demolish Turner's Armory/Motor Pool Facility and the renovation of space at Portage Avenue.  The renovation of space at Portage is proposed to accommodate the existing Motor Pool functions. The warehouse renovations include new administration offices, storage, and a vehicle service bay. In addition, a new salt dome will be added.

Sizes: Armory - 30,550 GSF;  Motor Pool - 6,200 GSF; Warehouse - 10,300 GSF; Armory/Motor Pool site: 2.0 acres

Anticipated completion: Summer of 2020
