Penza Bailey Architects provided a complete transformation of the walk out garden level of this historic Bolton Hill row home. The exterior also received restored front and vestibule doors, select window replacements, and new rear french doors, all receiving approval through the Baltimore City Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP).
