We're changing the future of detention in America! 

Attended by architects Dan Bailey and Paulina Beeche, PBA was honored to be a part of Maryland Governor Larry Hogan's history making moment on October 3, 2019. A groundbreaking ceremony was held to mark the start of demolition at the closed Baltimore City Jail at the Corrections Complex in Baltimore City (CCBC). PBA is providing architectural design and deconstruction services for the demolition of more than 16 buildings at the CCBC site.
