Penza Bailey Architects is excited to announce that the firm has been acquired by PRIME AE Group, Inc. (PRIME AE), a NewHold AEC company. As the architectural studio of PRIME AE’s Baltimore location, we will lead the expansion of the architectural division for the multi-discipline A&E firm with more than 430 employees across nine states.
PBA has been focused on sustainable growth and searched for the right partner who shared our vision of investing in our people and services to create long-term success. This led us to PRIME AE, who brings expanded access to capital, resources, and experienced A&E expertise to ensure a successful partnership.
With more than 40 years of experience delivering architectural design, interior architecture and planning services for private and public clients of all sizes, Penza Bailey Architects, operating as a Studio of PRIME AE, will continue to deliver innovative and award-winning solutions to our client’s project challenges. Our commitment to being responsive to our clients and providing timely services will continue to be our hallmark.
Our staff and portfolio of projects and capabilities strategically complement PRIME AE’s architectural practice, expanding our capacity to support our local, regional, and national clients. This partnership provides additional opportunities for us to work on challenging and meaningful projects. Together, we have the means to build upon this portfolio and achieve our full potential as we continue to focus on innovative, creative, and dynamic solutions for our clients.
“The hallmark of our success is offering client-centered solutions built around the framework of integrated building and interior solutions,” said Jeffrey Penza, Penza Bailey Architects Principal. “We are excited about joining the PRIME AE family and the opportunities this acquisition will create for our employees and clients.”
PRIME AE is like-minded in PBA’s commitment to enhance, maintain, and improve our communities in a responsible manner using innovative, sustainable, and sound architectural principles, while supporting the needs of the community and the environment.
We are grateful to all our clients, consultants, vendors, friends and families, who have made our progress and success possible, and we look forward to continuing relationships!
