Penza Bailey Architects, in a joint venture with WBCM, is providing design services for two new maintenance facilities to include a primary facility of 43,000 GSF, with an additional 6,017 GSF of detached supporting structures; parking for military and civilian vehicles, and all utilizes. The facilities will include office and administrative spaces, classrooms, special purpose work bays, workshops, storage, and bathroom, locker and changing areas.
