The Greenbriar Estates Clubhouse in York, Pennsylvania, is one of many Clubhouses that Penza Bailey Architects designed for WPM Real Estate Management for their client’s apartment and townhouse communities. The Clubhouse provides a spacious leasing office to replace cramped offices in the model unit and provides a consolidated grounds and maintenance facility. The building also provides an asset to the just over 150 unit townhouse community, including a community gathering space, an exercise room and an exterior play area for young children in the community.

Although the building was designed within a very tight budget, the contemporary design of the Clubhouse is intended to provide a fresh contrast to the architecture of the surrounding community, and provides an inviting image for prospective and current tenants in its prominent corner location. Photos by Real Estate Exposures.
