Penza Bailey Architects provided architectural services for the renovation of 5 schools with Frederick County Public Schools. The schools included:

• Emmitsburg Elementary School 
• Brunswick High School
• Wolfsville Elementary School 
• Urbana High School
• Valley Elementary School 

The scope of work included the install of aluminum storefront walls to create a security vestibule at the school’s front entrance. 

Electrical work included the installation of new exit signs. The average area of construction for each school was 15 SF and average cost was $35,000 to $40,000.

PBA is continuing to provide this service for other schools throughout Frederick County.
