MORGAN STATE UNIVERSITY TAMPP

Penza Bailey Architects provided demolition and A/E renovation design services to MSU’s Turner’s Armory, Motor Pool and Portage Avenue (TAMPP) facilities. The renovation of space at Portage was completed to accommodate the existing Motor Pool functions. The warehouse renovations included new administration offices, storage, vehicle service bay, and a new salt dome. Size: Motor Pool 6,200 GSF, Warehouse 10,300 GSF

PBA coordinated and integrated with University’s security and IT backbone. The project also included coordination of phasing and sequencing of demolition work. We produced phasing and sequencing documentation that was carefully coordinated with scheduling and operation relocation requirements.
